Ingredients

Start by slicing the mozzarella

Put the slices on a kitchen paper to take out the extra liquid in the cheese

Either in a frying pan with a removable handle, or any. The pizza will be served in the cooking Utensil.

In 2 TBsp olive oil, fry the crushed garlic (and the chili). Add the tomato flesh. Add the dried herbs.

Add few leaves of basil to intensify the flavour

Add the sliced mozzarella de buffalo

Add the basil. Serve
