INGREDIENTS
350gms of mixed vegetables like carrots, baby corn, short beans, long beans, any other vegetable as you like.
2 small tomatoes, 3 chillies and 1 big size onion
Cut all the vegetables into small peices
Cut the onions as small as you can
Pre heat a pressure cooker for a 2 mins and add 50ml of sunflower or vegetable oil. Once the oil is boiling, add spices, then diced chillies, then curry leaves, the onions and stir slowly for 8mins
