Wash and snap off stems. Cut or break in half if your beans are real long
Beans are now ready to go into boiling water
Boil for three minutes
Pour cooked beans into strainer then into bowl of ice water to stop cooking process
Here they are in the ice water
When cool, remove from water and pat dry.
Place in bags that have been labeled. In this case they are for my daughter.
Seal then freeze.
