Measure a cup of Raagi Flour or 100gms per serving
Take 3 cups of drinking water or 500ml water in a bowl
Add flour into the water and mix well
Thoroughly mix the flour
Add pinch of salt or 1/4th tea spoon of salt
Add 3 tea spoons of sugar
Half tea spoon of pure buffalo or cow ghee
Rub ghee to the bowl into which the Raagi malt is going to be poured
On top add some more ghee and mix well
Ready to serve a healthy Andhra style Raagisankati which is a very good source of Iron and a replacement of breakfast
