Equipment Required *small saucepan *wooden spoon *metal spoon *small mixing bowl
Mix custard powder, sugar and a quarter of the milk in the small bowl, into a paste using the metal spoon.
Heat the remainder of the milk until just below boiling point.
Slowly pour half of the heated milk into the paste mixture.
Serve the custard with the prepared dessert.
