INGREDIENTS
Take 3/4 kg chicken and add 1 tsp of lemon juice
Add turmeric powder 1tsp
Salt to taste and marinate for 30 min.
Spices for chettinad masala as per ingredients.
Add some oil to pan and make a shallow fry of the ingredients for 2 min in simmer
Take the ingredients In a plate for cooling
Prepare tamarind juice of 2 tsp
Add the tamarind juice to the mixture and then grind it
You will get the dark brown paste which is perfect!
Now heat the pan and add oil
Shallow fry the onions
Hen add ginger garlic paste
Now add the chicken
Cook for 2-3 min
Put a lid and simmer for 2-3 min
Now add the paste
Then add some water and cook for 5 min
Add some chopped coriander leaves

- 1.0tsp Lemon juice
- 1.0c Chopped onions
