Personally I like it with lemon or a mixture of wine vinegar and lemon juice. In a jar with a lid put the vinegar + double olive oil. As the oil floated you can eyeball it.
Add 1 tsp Dijon mustard.. Or the mustard you have at hand.
Add salt and pepper
- 6.0Tbsp Vinager or lemon juice
- 12.0Tbsp Olive oil
- 1.0tsp Mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 2.0tsp Shallots (optional) finely diced
