Apple & pear tea is the perfect drink to end a stressful evening

INGREDIENTS
You will need 3 apples and 3 Chinese pears
Peel their skin, deseed and cut them into small pieces
Put them into 2 liters of cold water, bring to boil, turn down the heat and let the apple/pear infused water simmer for 1/2 hr, then add sugar to taste

- 1.0l Water
- Sugar To taste
