Gather your ingredients. Make sure you are using unsalted grass-fed butter.
Take a small pan on low heat, add the coconut oil and melt the butter
Melt the rest if the ingredients in and slowly stir
Place into the mold of your choice. I will experiment with ice cube trays as well
Refrigerate and allow it to harden
Divide it up as you wish (Optional: wrap in wax paper, or keep it in your thermos)
When it's time to serve, simply place the bar into your blending container
Then blend with coffee.
