Take a washed potato.
Put enough oil to cover sliced potatoes
Add 1/4 cup of coconut oil.
Add 1/2 cup of shortening.
Fry at medium-high heat. (6-8)
Soak sliced potatoes in water for 5-10 mins.
Fry potatoes. Turn over when chip turns a golden-brown color.
Enjoy. Let drip on paper towel or paper bag. Season with salt.
