Add three tablespoons of olive oil to glass baking dish
Wash portabella caps, add salt pepper and basil
Chop green bell peppers and add to bowl
Chop green onions about three, add to bowl with green peppers
Cut about 1 cup of cherry tomatoes in half and add to bowl, add salt and pepper
add 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix well
Spoon into caps and drizzle with olive oil
Put in oven at 350 for 20 mins
Then add mozeralla to cover top of caps, bake another 10 mins
Cut in half, add pizza sauce on top and Parmesan cheese, serve with salad
