How to plug a nail hole in a car tire

Got a small nail in the front tire. Keep in mind, you can't plug the hole if it is in the sidewall of the tire

This is the small nail

Used my pliers to pull it out.

Use can use the rasp that comes with the kit to open and clean the hole, but it's faster to use a drill.

Once the hole was big enough, I used the rasp to clean it

Thread the plug though the tool

Start pressing it slowly into the hole

Keep pushing until you're left with about 1/2-1/4" is showing

Then pull the tool out and the plug will stay

I used a razor blade to cut the excess off then filled it with air. Tire held pressure, and I'll just keep an eye on it.
