How to play paint ball (woods ball)

First, contact the paintball company. Get a deal that suits you. Try to get a deal because paintball can be expensive.

If you want, invite your friends to go to maximize the experience. It isn't as fun if you don't have a team of your friends .

Example; imagine this with you in the lead and your friends behind you! It feels good to be a boss.

Once you get to the location, set up your table with waters, extra ammo, snacks, and rags to wipe sweat off.

Before you get on the field, make sure you have correct gear and have it on correctly.

For upper body I like to wear a t-shirt under a hoodie jacket. For legs, I like flexible jeans. For feet, you'll want durable but old useless shoes. You don't have to, but I like to wear gloves.

Next, here are some good tips to use on the field!

When you are on the field, you'll want to scout around and set up some bases. Once you do this, you'll be able to retreat to one if you're under attack or if you want to have your friends at a base.

A good tip to have is knowing how to slide. This is good if you are getting shot at or need cover fast. Try to practice on grass and take each step slowly and then gain speed.

Another tip is knowing how to find good cover. Be mysterious, every time you stick your head out for a look or shot, come out a different way every time. Make sure you keep your back watched!

Some common rules of paintball are the following, don't shoot the ref. don't ever take off your mask, keep the gun on safety and the cover on the tip when you are not on the field at all times.

For an exercise schedule, I like this: 20 pull-ups a day, 40 push-ups a day, and 80 sit ups a day. If you want, you can modify this, but this schedule should do it. (Btw, I recommend this pull-up bar)

Some places I like to go to are Antioch Paintball, Sunol Paintball, American Paintball, etc.
