Press 'External Inputs' button on Sony TV remote. It can be found to the top right of the navigational controls.
Scroll down to AV7 labelled 'Apple' and press on this input.
Using the Apple TV remote, press any button to wake the system up from sleep mode.
Press 'Menu' on the remote to get back to the main menu.
Ensuring that iTunes is open on the upstairs computer, click 'Computers' on the main menu.
Select 'Music' from the next menu. You are then free to choose an artist or song that you would like to listen to!
