How to play battleship

You want to sink the other players ships first. You need two boards. Have five ships per player. You also need white and red pegs.

You can only place the ships horizontally or vertically. You attack by guesting a letter and a number, for example D9.

If the opponent guesses right than you say hit and put a red peg down where the opponent guessed. If the opponent guesses wrong than you say miss and put a white peg down where the opponent guessed.

Once all the holes have red pegs in them then the ship is sunk. You have to tell the other player if they have sunken your ship.

The first person to sink all the other player’s ships win. Now you know how to play battleship.
