How to plant a garden

Choose the area you wish to plant.

Clear away any plants you wish to remove.

Turn the soil and mix in fresh soil to add nutrients.

Lay out your plants in the area you will be planting. Envision how they will look as they grow and be sure to include a variety of heights and colors. Tip: you will probably need more than you expect.

Dig a hole for each plant. Loosen the roots to help the plant take hold once it is in the ground.

Complete planting of each plant. Water generously.
