How to pierce your bellybutton

First you put ice on your belly button & then pinch your belly button to see if it is numb. Then you rub alcohol inside and around your belly button.

Make sure you sterilized your belly ring -- should have done this first!!!! Grab your skin (make sure your not grabbing a whole bunch, you can get a nerve).

Next you mark where you want the ring on both sides. Then you get the needle & go upword through the marker going up. NEVER GO DOWN!!!!

Make sure your get the needle all the way through & pull it out on the top. Put the belly ring in ASAP! Clean your belly button 2 times a day with salt water & 1 time a day with witch hazal.
