Grab some spices and garlic.
Sanitize your equipment by boiling. Use a towel on the bottom so you don't crack the jar
Put everything in the jar
Boil two parts vinegar and one part sugar. Make sure the sugar is dissolved

Back on water to boil for a good 10 minutes
Let them cool and don't open the jar for a couple of weeks. And when you do, don't use your hands to grab the pickles.
