INGREDIENTS
1 mix water with rice & bring to a very low boil.cook until water is absorbed
With floured hands,shaped the rice mixture into small walnut-sized balls,adding more flour if necessary so that the balls hold their shape.
Fry the balls for 3-4 minutes,until golden brown.drain on paper towels.
- 2.0c Rice
- 1.0c Water
- 3.0Tbsp Milk or cream
- 1.0 Egg
- 0.0c Finely chopped onion
- 1.0 Scallion finely chopped
- 2.0Tbsp Finely chopped parsley
- 1.0tsp Baking powder
- 0.0c Flour
- 1.0tsp Salt
- Vegetable oil for frying
