Is it only for Organic? Nope, you can use this on non-organic. Organic veggies are dirtier and more chances of small bugs in the leaves. Because they are not sprayed with chemical.
Wash your organic vegetables with water
Put your veggies in a big bowl of water.
Put some salt. Be generous, but not too much. Depends on how much your veggies are.
Leave it for 3-5 minutes.
Give it love and caring touch to wash.
Put it back in to the strainer.
Give it a quick wash. And DONE..
That's a bug. I don't eat bugs.
Look all of that soft sand/dirt. I washed the veggies with water first, but there are some leftovers that are not cleaned properly.
