How to peel a squash

Take your squash and put it on a cutting board. Cut off the ends and discard them. Then with your peeler start peeling the squash

Cut the squash in half lengthwise

With a spoon, scoop out the seeds

Cut the squash in inch rows

Then cut into blocks
