Once you  mixed the ingredients roll it  into a ball on plastic wrap. Make sure there is flour on the plastic wrap.Then wrap  them up in plastic  then put the dough  in the freezer for 30 min.

Roll the dough out best you can and cut with a cookie cutter and place on cookie sheet.

Have the oven already hot then put the cookies in the oven let the cookies cook for 20 -25 min. When there ready let them cool off and get a little hard.

  • 3/4lb unsalted butter
  • 1.0c sugar
  • 1.0tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1.0tsp pure almond extract
  • 1/2c all-purpose flour
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/2c small diced pecans
