Get you a pair of cleats and put them on.
Find a partner.
Get a soccer ball.
Get 10ft. apart from your partner.
Take one extra step back.
Bring your foot back. (Does not matter which foot)
Then swing your foot back down causing you to make contact with the ball. Make sure to hit the ball with the Inside of Your foot.
Patiently wait for your partner to kick the ball back to you.
You're done, Now just keep repeating steps 6-8!
