How to parmesan lemon salmon

Thaw salmon in water (do not microwave)

Mix ingredients in a small bowl

Coat salmon with "mix" and pan fry until it looks like picture above

I didn't take pictures of my pesto tortellini process, but it was very simply done. I Boiled tortellini and added pesto I found in my local supermarket.
