Here are the polishes I used. They're all either Sally Hansen or Wet n Wild, so it was fairly cheap to buy them all at once. I also used these makeup sponges from CVS.

Paint your nails black for the base. I used Sally Hansen "Black Out (370)"

Next, we sponge! I used Wet n Wild "Teal or No Teal (227C)", "Gray's Anatomy (237C)" and "Fushiarama (232C)". I also mixed some of Sally Hansen's "Wet Cement (37)" with the gray.

HOW TO SPONGE: pretty self explanatory but refer to the video in the next slide for help. :) Just swipe the polish on, fold, and sponge til you can't sponge anymore!

After you sponge your preferred amount on, you should have this dull looking night sky colour.

Next: WE GLITTER :)

The fine milled glitter I used is Spoiled by Wet n Wild's "Shaken Snow Globe (S002)". This gives us our "galaxy stars".

After the fine glitter dried I went back and sponge on some more blue as needed. Next, I add random chunks of Wet n Wild's "Party of Five Glitters (238C)" to add some more sparkle.. It's optional. :)

Apply top coat, and this is what you should have. GALAXY NAILS. :) I love this look, and it's super simple! Thanks for reading. Any questions? Ask away!
