Wet the paper

Paint the blue sky

Spray with water

Turn picture on side and let gravity paint

Option to spray again to diffuse color

Wet tissue and tap on sky for clouds

Dry tissue makes white clouds!

Add ocean or whatever land you select.

Remove color with wet brush for waves

Work quickly and use blow dryer to stop movement and keep picture as is!

Your painting is done.
