How to paint a minion pumpkin

Paint pumpkin yellow. This will will take a few coats. Let dry in between coats. This pumpkin took three coats of yellow.

With blue paint make a ring around pumpkin between 1-1 1/2 inches wide.

Fill in ring with blue paint. Let dry.

Decide which side of the pumpkin will be the face side. Paint a large rectangle shape with blue. (This will be the bib of the overalls) Let dry.

Turn pumpkin upside down and paint bottom and up the side about an inch or so. Let dry.

With black paint, make a ring around the top of the pumpkin. (This is the band of the goggles)

Fill in with black paint. Let dry.

Using black paint, outline the 'overalls', outline a pocket on the bib. Let dry.

With black paint , outline a mouth. Let dry.

With white paint, add teeth. Let dry.

On the underside of the canning jar lids, make a large black circle with black paint. Let dry.

Add a white eyeball highlight, let dry.

Use hot glue to glue lids inside of the canning jar rings.

Using hot glue, glue completed eye rings onto the pumpkin.
