Begin with a light flat wash on items in the background

Begin filling trees and shrubs, using a bleeding technique

Bleed in more colors, so that there is variety and texture

Reflect the color of the sky in the windows

Begin painting in the forground

This is ready for me to begin glazing details

Glaze the bricks

Added a bush by glazing and then bleeding

I cheated and used colored pencils to start detailing

Added the road in the foreground
