Presents may need checking by security, so keep them unwrapped for ease.
Make sure all your liquids are in containers of 100ml or under...
...the same goes for snow globes.
Crackers will make it through security, if the box is sealed, but sorry to be a party pooper - no party poppers, not even in your checked-in luggage.
Festive food is more than welcome, so pack your mince pies, Christmas puddings and even frozen turkeys in your hand baggage. Just no liquids in containers over 100ml please.
Pills and powders are fine, but if liquids over 100ml are needed then a prescription or doctor's note is required.
Each airline has different rules on size and weight of hand baggage, so if you're visiting a lot of good boys and girls this year be sure to check your airline's regulations.
