Preparation: place your non-dominant shoulder facing the net about 45-90 degrees. Perform a slightly abbreviated serving motion but don't wind up.
Contact: contact the ball in full extension, in front of the lead foot. Transfer your weight from the back foot to the front.
Follow Through: rotate the hips counterclockwise, bringing right leg forward. The racquet will continue on a path downward as you snap the wrist down.
