How to organize small parts

Taking something apart and keeping track of the little parts (screws, bolts, washers, etc.) can sometimes be tricky. Here’s a smart way to make sure you don’t lose track of these important pieces.

Take a strip of duct tape. With sticky side up, fold over one end, enough to label it.

With your Sharpie, label the strip of duct tape.

When you’re ready to tackle your project, now you have a place to set the small parts and keep them in one place.
