Read your camera manual before taking any photos

Check your batteries

Insert your storage media card

Remove the lens cap

Turn the camera on

Turn off LCD

Turn auto mode on

Push zoom lever

Bring the camera up to your eye and look through the viewfinder

Press the shutter button half way down gently and confirm the green light is on

Press the shutter all the way down until you hear a beep

Turn off the camera when you no longer wish to take photos
