Step 1. First you just want to get used to your board and just ride around and sort of just warm up.
Step 2. Your feet positioning is very important. You want to have your back on the tail and your front foot somewhere in the middle of the board.(Make sure though you feel in a comfortable position)
Step 3. Then, you just want to pop the tail just to understand what your back foot needs to do.(You can practice this just to get the feel)
