How to oil a trombone

Get a tissue and wipe off the inner tube of the trombone.

I'm using Jupiter slide oil. I like this brand the most.

Open your slide to reveal your inner tube.

Put three drops on each pipe, or 'arm' of the inner tube.

Now work the trombone up and down to distribute the oil evenly. Do not touch the inner tube, the oil is extremely hard to get off with a cloth.
