How to multi task with ios7

Start on a screen, For this I'm using my homescreen

Double click the home button (The one \/ There). Or if you have gestures on you can swipe 4 fingers up.

Swipe an app screen up using your finger to close it and swipe from left and right to move through apps. And click on an app or app screen to enter the app.
