Supplies I used

Start with a white base

Then using a cosmetic sponge start a blue gradient using light turquoise and dark blue

Keep going until desired opaqueness is reached

Start the outline of a mountain using black and a striper brush

Fill in with black

Add some white stars to mainly the top

Top coat and you're finished!
