Start with both feet on the ground parallel
Lift the heel of the right foot keeping the toes on the ground
Slide the left foot back keeping the right foot in same spot!
Then lift the heel of the left foot keeping the toes on the ground
Slide the right foot back parallel with the left foot
Then repeat the steps by lifting the heel of the right foot keeping the toes on the ground
Slide the left foot back keeping the right foot in the same spot
Then lift the heel of the left foot keeping the toes on the ground
Slide the right foot back parallel with the left foot then repeat as far as you want to moonwalk!
