Cover chipboard panel with DIY Craft Paper-Curiosity Collage & Butterflies. Make sure to wrap around and secure in back to have nice finished edges. Coat with Mod Podge and allow to dry.
Select a nice variety of Gypsy Soul Laser Cut Chippies.
Give the chippies a base coat of Gesso and allow to dry.
Give the covered chipboard panel a base coat of Midori Melon Silks Acrylic Glaze.
Work a coat of Meridian Blue Silks Acrylic Glaze around outside of prepared panel.
Add a layer of Midori Melon Silks Acrylic Glaze to the Bamboo chippies and Playful Peony Silks Acrylic Glaze to the octopus chippies. Allow to dry.
Spray octopus chippies with Radiant Rain Simmering Mist Peach Fuzz. Allow to dry.
Apply several coats of the Radiant Rain Color Concentrate in Nutmeg to the Flourish Frame and Radiant Rain Color Concentrate in Solar Gold to the stars.
Using a stencil add pattern to prepared chipboard panel with Midnight Blue StazOn. Allow to dry.
Add sparse layer of Dried Marigold Distress Stickles to prepared octopuses and allow to dry. Next add a layer of StazOn in Orange Zest.
Add pattern to octopuses with a text stamp and Ranger Black Archival Ink.
Secure Bamboo chippies to panel with hot glue.
Add fussy cut fish image from Voyage Beneath the Sea using adhesive foam spacers.
Secure mermaid image from G45 Voyage Beneath the Sea to prepared Flourish Frame and attach to panel with adhesive foam spacers.
Curl sentiment box fussy cut from G45 Voyage Beneath the Sea Neptune's Adventure. Secure to focal image with hot glue.
Slightly pull edges of cheesecloth to tatter and secure under Flourish Frame.
Begin adding Petaloo Flowers and prepared Gypsy Soul Laser Cut Feather chippies.
Secure octopuses with hot glue.
Continue adding flowers.
Tuck in some prepared Gypsy Soul Laser Cut Stars.
