How to mix and fix tea la camilla

This is a tea recepy I made myself. It's a mix of black, green and red leaves and the beauty is: it can seep forever and get a really rich, full taste, without turning bitter!

Go to your favourite tea supplier. They should have a wide variety of loose tea leaves! I buy all my tea at the above store in Malmoe, Sweden <3 (I don't get anything for saying that. Not even tea!)

Have them mix your preferred amount of the following: 1/2 Lady Grey, 1/4 Green Lime (I use a Japanese leef) and 1/4 Vanilla Rooibus. The balance of the mix is essential to the prolonged seeping time!

Make sure they mix it for you at the store. It's a lot messier than you might think to do at home! A good store won't mind providing this service.

When you get home, bring water to a boil and fill almost half your tea infuser with the leeves you got. The leeves will double in size when seeping and there must be enough space allowed for that!

Place the infuser in the insulated cup, add some honey and fill the cup about 3/4 full with boiling water.

Place your cover (I use a coaster) on the cup to prevent it from cooling off. Let it seep for a good long while. Say... 15-20 minutes. This is the beauty: it won't get bitter, only fuller in taste!

Fill up the rest of the cup with milk. Stir well. Get a good book or something, and enjoy! (Don't add milk until the seeping is done as the milk will stop the seeping even if you leave the ball in)
