How to mix a skinos summer breeze

Tall glass, Skinos Mastiha, Ginger Ale and lime

Fill the glass to 3/4 with ice cubes

Squeeze a lime wedge on top of the ice and then drop into the glass

Pour up 4 cl of Skinos Mastiha

Pour the Skinos Mastiha over the ice

Fill up the glass with Ginger Ale
