How to mix a delicious gluten-free, sugar-free cocktail

Gather your ingredients.
We will be using Jose Cuervo Silver for this drink. Tequila is one of the few liquors that is naturally gluten free, however some lower quality brands may not be. Go with a trusted name to be safe.
Begin by juicing your lemon. We will use one whole lemon per drink. Nothing beats fresh squeezed.
You may want to remove any seeds for easy drinking.
Here you can see how much lemon juice we've added. Looks to be about 1/2 inch in a standard drinkng glass.
Next, let's add the Stevia. We liked 2 teaspoons here but you can adjust this to your taste. Mix well.
Next comes the tequila. Add roughly 2 shots or adjust as needed.
Now we will top off with club soda.
Give it one more good stir and add a garnish if desired.
Find a nice sunny spot, sit back and sip.
