Get a sheet of paper than

Draw some doted lines like this

Then cut the paper (repeat)4 times

Where I curves them you put them to the center

But before you fold them put a piece of tape in the center.if you used the tape and not the glue

Then put the small piece of tape in the center

Then put tape around the straw and stick it to the back of the pinwheel
