All the Ingredients. Have the rice pre-soaked for a good 2 hours before cooking.
Warm up your pot or pan.
Once the water has dissolved, turn off the gas and let the rice sit for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
- 2 cups of chicken stock
- 1.5 chicken breast fillets chopped into cubes
- 1/6 of a cup of coriander
- 1/2 a cup of peas
- 1/2 a brown onion finely diced
- 1 garlic clove finely diced
- 70g of capsicum chopped into small cubes
- 1 cup of basmati rice
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1/4 of a teaspoon if saffron powder
- 1/4 of a teaspoon of chilli flakes
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
