Natural Waistband - Use your belly button as a reference of measuring, measure around with a measuring tape.
Waistband - Based on where your jeans usually sit at around your waist, measure around the circumference above the waistband.
Hip Step 1 - Measure 6 inches down from top side of waistband.
Hip step 2 - Once you figure out the point of measure, wrap measuring tape around hip area. Make sure to wrap around the widest part of your backseat

High Thigh - If you're wearing pants, make sure to pull your pants all the way up and measure 1 inch down from crotch area (the point where all your seams meet).
Mid Thigh - If you're wearing pants, make sure to pull your pants all the way up and measure 6 inches down from crotch area.
Knee - Locate the widest part of your knee and wrap measuring around to measure.
Calf -Locate the widest part of your calf and wrap measuring around to measure.
Inseam - Top view - Pull your pants all the way up and place the measuring tape where all the seams of your pants meet. Then measure all the way down to the bottom part of your ankle bone.

Back Rise - Pull your pants all the way up and place the tip of the measuring tape underneath crotch area. Pull measuring tape behind you and measure to the back of your waistband where your jeans sit
Front Rise - Pull your pants all the way up and place the tip of the measuring tape underneath crotch area. Pull measuring tape towards you and measure where your waistband would sit.
Leg Opening - Wrap the measuring tape around the bottom of your heel to the top of your ankle in a diagonal fashion. In this case my leg opening measurement is 15".
