First cut of the pant leg from the jeans and turn them inside out. (I used the top half to make a pair of shorts)

Next cut off the hem and save for later.

Now you're going to want to get your pant leg and measure and mark off 3 - 3 1/2  inches.

You'll be left with this.

Now glue the top of the inside, just like it shows above. (DO NOT GLUE THE OTHER SIDE YET.)

Once the glue dries flip inside out and this time glue the top of the outside, then fold the top parts inward and glue together.

Now grab the hem from earlier and cut off any excess pieces.

Then cut three inches of the hem, this will be the centre of our bow.

Now rap the hem around the bow and glue in place, just like shown above. Make sure to cut of any excess hem that hangs off.

Tadahh, you should be left with something like this.
