2 cups of zucchini shredded
Sift dry ingredients
Bake 350* for 25 minutes
Poke the biggest muffin with a toothpick
If its clean they are done. Let rest and cool
They will continue baking in the pans so after 5 minutes or more slowly twist them out of the pans to cool on racks
- 1.0 Zucchini
- 3.0c Flour
- 1.0tsp Baking soda
- 1.0tsp Cinnimon
- 1.0tsp Nutmeg
- 1.0tsp Baking powder
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 1.0c Oil
- 1.0tsp Vanilla
- 3.0 Eggs
- 1.0c White sugar
- 1.0c Brown sugar
