Cut zucchini into thin slices

Press onto the zucchini pieces with a paper towel to squeeze out excess water

Disperse zucchini onto foiled baking sheet and cover with olive oil

Add salt(I added basil as well) but be aware that the chips will shrink so don't overload with salt

Place zucchini in oven for 1 hour, flip and bake for another hour

  • Olive oil
  • Salt or garlic
