Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter; 1/4 cup shortening; 3/4 cup white sugar; 1 1/2 tsp vanilla; 1 1/3 cup flour; 1 tsp cream of tartar; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/8 tsp salt; 1 tbsp sugar; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1 egg

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Cream butter, shortening, sugar, egg and vanilla.
Blend in flour, cream of tarter, baking soda, and salt.
Create balls of dough and roll in sugar and cinnamon.
Place on an un-greased baking sheet and bake cookies for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Lick off remaining dough and wait for cookies to bake!
Enjoy with a cup of milk!
