INGREDIENTS
First, get your pumpkin seeds! I got mine out of a pumpkin, but you can also buy yours from a nearby store. If you buy it at a store, skip the first three directions....
Get a fruit strainer and wash the seeds. Try your best to get the pumpkin gut out.
Throw all of the clean pumpkin seeds into another strainer to get the water out.
Wait about two hours, or until your seeds or done. Meanwhile, you can eat your favorite Halloween munchies! 😃
When dry, lay out the seeds on a pan. Coat them in veggie oil and preheat the oven to 250 degrees for 10 min. Stick them in the oven.
Take them out and stir them around. Put back in oven, but set in to 350 degrees for 10 min.
Take them out after 10 minutes. They should be golden brown. Season to your likening.
Put in a container and serve warm! 😃
