Download the app "Phoster" it was free when i downloaded it (3-4days ago) I'm not sure is it still free. Normally it's 1.99$

Open the app and you'll see this Tap create new

I chose square, now you gonna pick a background tap camera or photo album

Edit the background

Text! Choose font and color

Color tab

Filter

I chose "stripe'' filter

Save to album

Done!
